Although it is not always possible to do so, it helps communication if parents contacting the school for any reason can explain the nature of their enquiry to the school office staff. This enables the office staff to contact directly the member of staff best suited to deal with the matter.
It is always best to phone for an appointment rather than just ‘drop in’ when you may be kept waiting if the member of staff you wish to see is teaching, has a previous appointment or is not in school.
If you are concerned about any aspect of your son/daughter's education, please contact his or her Pastoral teacher in the first instance. If you are still concerned about a particular aspect of our work please arrange an appointment to discuss the matter with the Headteacher.
